Avoid sun exposure, exfoliate gently a few days before, and ensure hair is at least a quarter-inch long. Clean, makeup-free skin is ideal. Avoid retinoids or chemical peels a few days prior to reduce sensitivity and irritation.

Apply a cool compress and gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer for 24-48 hours. Avoid heavy makeup, sun exposure, and exfoliation for at least 24-48 hours. Use SPF and avoid sweating activities to prevent irritation or ingrown hairs.

Waxing can sometimes lead to ingrown hairs, especially with curly or coarse hair. Prevent them by gently exfoliating after 48 hours, moisturizing, and avoiding tight clothing or friction. If you're prone to ingrowns, ask us about professional exfoliation or topical treatments.
