A refill session usually takes 30 to 45 minutes depending on lash retention and needed repairs. If many extensions have shed, we may need extra time to rebuild symmetry. Please arrive with makeup removed for the most efficient service.
Three weeks is recommended to maintain fullness and alignment. It prevents gaps and reduces the need for full set replacements. Some clients with faster natural lash shedding may need sooner touch-ups; our technicians advise personalized schedules during consultation.
We ask clients to arrive with eyelids and lashes clean and free of eye makeup, mascara, and oil. This allows adhesive to bond properly and speeds the appointment. If needed our staff can gently remove remaining residue for a small fee.
When applied and maintained by certified technicians using quality adhesives and proper aftercare, classic refills should not cause long-term damage. Avoid oil-based products and rubbing. Regular professional maintenance preserves lash health and reduces risk of breakage or premature shedding.
Gently cleanse lashes daily with an oil-free cleanser, avoid steam and saunas for 24 hours, and sleep on your back when possible. Brush extensions with a clean spoolie and skip mascara. Follow your technician’s customized aftercare for best longevity.
Contact us to reschedule or allow extra refill time; heavy shedding may require a partial rebuild or full set. We assess your natural lash health and recommend the appropriate solution, including treatments or an adjusted refill interval to improve retention.
